Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the prescribed educational and technical requirements.
Graduation: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline with at least one paper in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science, Sociology, or Psychology at the graduate level.
Alternative qualification: A Bachelor's degree in any subject with at least 50% marks in Mathematics at the 10+2 (Class 12) level.
Language requirement: Candidates must have studied English and at least one prescribed local language—Assamese, Bengali, or Bodo—as subjects at the HSLC/Class 10 level.
Computer qualification: A computer course certificate of at least six months' duration from a government-recognized institute is required.
Data entry skills: Candidates should be comfortable entering data through handheld devices.
Employment Exchange: A valid Employment Exchange registration certificate in Assam is required.
Candidates must satisfy the applicable conditions in the official advertisement. A degree alone may not be sufficient if the language, computer, or registration requirements are not met.
